Since going on a gluten free diet, I have had periodic problems still, that consisted of bloating, gas, constipation and so on. A friend of mine sent me this link and I found it to be very interesting.
I think I might message my doctor to find out if they have any testing at our Fairview Clinic to see if I have any cross reactive issues.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the great Minnesota get together with the family this year but for all of you who are thinking about it and just afraid to go because you are worried there will be no food for you,
