Check them out and let me know what you think.

Frito-Lay's Website

I am thrilled to tell you that Frito Lay's website has a page dedicated to us Gluten Free people.
You can either click on the link above or go to www. fritolay.com and click on the "For Special Diets" button up on top of their page. Once on their page just click on the Gluten free product selection and it will bring you to a page on their website where they have listed what products they make that is Gluten free.

It's nice to know that our options aren't as limited as one might think when it comes to junk food.
We can eat as much Corn Tortilla chips as we want because Corn is naturally gluten free and Frito Lays make a lot of Corn based chips and snacks.

I hope you find this website as helpful and encouraging as I did.

What do you think of their page, comment below and let me know, I'd love to hear from you.

2012 Gluten Free Candy List

For all of you out there who want to eat candy on Holloween but don't know which candy is gluten free and which candy is not, look no further.

I don't personally celebrate Holloween but I do celebrate (chocolate) and how we as Celiac's, can have chocolate because it's naturally gluten free.

However, candy bars like: TWIX are off limits for us Gluten insensitive or Celiacs, because they contain Wheat.

Click on the link below and educate yourself & get prepared for the festivities.
