Trader Joe's Gluten Free Product List #1

This list is a sampling of the many Gluten Free products we carry. It is designed to help you make informed buying decisions that address your specific dietary concerns.
GLUTEN FREE — Per the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gluten free labeling regulation, a product that displays a “Gluten Free” claim on the label has been validated to contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. If you see “Gluten Free” on a Trader Joe’s product, this means that the product has been validated to contain less than 20 ppm of gluten. Individuals with Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity must avoid gluten for their health.
This guide is not comprehensive and is only intended to serve as a resource, not as a substitute for medical advice or care. We do our best to keep the information on our list relevant, posting updates on a quarterly basis. With that said, we introduce and discontinue products all the time, and some products may be available only seasonally or regionally, so it is critical to read all product labels carefully before purchasing and consuming a product to ensure that the current label has a gluten free claim, as ingredients and suppliers may change. Contact us with product inquiries here.
  • Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives.
  • As a general rule of thumb, dairy, juice, meat, nuts and produce do not inherently contain gluten.
  • Use common sense and remember the motto: When in doubt, leave it out.
  • Regional or seasonal availability is noted next to the product in (parentheses).
  • Always read the label before purchasing and consuming a product to ensure that the current label has a gluten free claim, as ingredients and suppliers may change.
Trader Joe’s Gluten Free list was confirmed and validated to be accurate at the time of posting on

Aldi's Foods

Have you heard of ALDI'S FOODS?.
This is a pretty amazing store which carries a pretty large variety of food. This store also happens to include A PRETTY GOOD SELECTION OF GLUTEN FREE FOOD.

Aldi's is known for labeling majority of all of their products "Naturally gluten free", so there is no confusion.
This to me is a huge relief when shopping. What is more stressful then walking through a store and having to stop to search on your phone to see if that product is gluten free for sure. Aldi's makes it easy for you.

Their gluten free pancake mix is super amazing and pretty good on price. You get several portions in just one box.

Check out their website below and find a store near you!

The Tootsie Roll Company

Hey, did you guys know that the Tootsie roll company makes a lot of candy NUT FREE & GLUTEN FREE?.

That is right, They are proud to announce that most of their candies are indeed safe for those of us who have food allergies. I just recently found out that I am possibly allergic to peanuts & dairy, so I am thrilled to know that I can safely eat a candy or two without the worry of getting sick.

Keep in mind that not all of their candy is gluten free/nut free, so make sure and contact the company or look on their website for more details, but they usually mark on their website what is safe and what isn't.

Once you click on the candy you are interested in, Look for their little images that say if it is peanut free, wheat free etc.

These signs will let you know if the candy is indeed gluten free & nut free.
This is my favorite candy and they are also gluten free and nut free.

Isn't it nice that a company doesn't have to use fillers in their candy?

A BIG THANK YOU GOES OUT TO THE TOOTSIE ROLL COMPANY FOR MAKING GLUTEN FREE/PEANUT FREE CANDY!!

Let's all support this wonderful company!!!
